Use of the game
WitGarden is a free casual tile puzzle provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass its security, or use automated tools to disrupt play for others.
Advertising and third parties
WitGarden is supported by advertising. The website uses CleanMedia and the Android app uses Google AdMob. Ads and links supplied by third parties are governed by those providers’ terms and privacy policies.
Progress and availability
Progress is stored on your device and can be lost if you clear browser or app data or uninstall the Android app. Features, levels, rewards, and daily puzzles may change. Internet access is required to load the game and advertising.
No warranties
WitGarden is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the game.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
